I just went to visit my mother. Parking is a premium because of the construction. I witnessed an employee parking in the spaces close to the assisted living, Cedar entrance rather than employee parking. When I called to complain I spoke to Loretta the supervisor and she said she could not help me and hung up on me. I thought it was a mistake so I called again and she hung up on me again. Finally after my visit we tried again and asked for the administrator on call and Loretta refused to give me that person's name and hung up on me again. It is a complete disgrace. That is no way to treat people. I wonder how they act when no one is looking.
