Showed up for a routine cleaning. Checked in at the front desk, did the paperwork, etc. and took a seat for about 20 minutes. The front desk attendant finally came out and told me that I would have to get clearance from my OBGYN before they cleaned my teeth. 1) Why didn't they tell me that before I had to sit, wait and waste my time? 2) Really? A clearance to have a routine cleaning? I understand there are rules - but it is clear that the front desk team is clearly under-trained in how to handle common matters such as this. Aside from this trip, wait times are long and the front desk team isn't professional whatsoever. Try to avoid.
