Classic Granite at 569 Furnace Hills Pike, Lititz, Pennsylvania.

My experience with Classic Granite was limited only to the estimate process, so I cannot comment on their quality of workmanship. I initially went into their showroom to browse products and schedule an estimate, and the woman working there was rude and condescending. She laughed at me for being a man and told me I couldn't possibly select something like a granite countertop without my wife's approval. Sexist!

Against my better judgement, we scheduled a measurement and the estimator came to our house. He was rude to my wife who was home alone during the process, and when I arrived after her distress call, he refused to tell me how many square feet his estimate was (only a total price.) He copped an attitude and finally told me how many sq. ft he had estimated only after I told him to leave and take his quote with him. I looked at it only to find that he had estimated TWENTY PERCENT more than the next highest quote! He couldn't justify his numbers, due to the fact they were straight lies.

We took our money elsewhere and couldn't be more satisfied with the result. Zero stars to the Classic Granite customer service experience.
